Dr. William Graves is a Kentucky native with a heart for helping others. He was drawn to oral and maxillofacial surgery because it blends medicine and dentistry. It also lets him make a meaningful difference in his patients’ lives.
Dr. Graves earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Kentucky. He then received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from the University of Louisville in 2004. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Tennessee–Memphis, with extensive training in oral surgery and anesthesia.

Dr. Carl A. Labella III is a Mississippi native whose career spans military service and oral and maxillofacial surgery. He brings decades of advanced clinical, surgical, leadership, and teaching experience to every patient he treats.
Dr. Labella earned his undergraduate degree from Delta State University. He then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Tennessee, Memphis. He later completed advanced training in general dentistry and his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency through the San Antonio Military Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program.
